This way, you feed less back into the grid and make optimal use of the free electricity from your panels. The abolition of the net metering scheme and the feed-in tariffs charged by many energy suppliers make this even more appealing. This way, you can save on your energy bill.
The Xtore hot water tanks are easy to install due to their flexible placement options. They can be installed horizontally and vertically on the wall, as well as standing and lying on the ground. Not only that, but the Xtore is easy to install. With 40 and 80 liters, there is always a compact solution. In short: plenty of possibilities!
The Xtore contains a heating coil through which warm central heating water flows. This warm central heating water, supplied by the heat pump, heats the cold tap water before it enters the boiler. In many cases, the boiler does not need to or minimally needs to reheat when there is a demand for hot water, resulting in significant gas savings. You do not need to worry about cold water because if the capacity is insufficient, the Xtend smartly switches to the boiler via a sensor. The Xtend-Xtore combination offers the flexibility of gas and the efficiency of electricity.
