¹ The appliance itself does not have an internet connection. Via the RF link with an Intergas Gateway, the appliance can be accessed by the app, but firmware cannot be updated via this connection. Intergas carries out updates on site.
² Only if the appliance is actually connected to the internet. Without a connection, updates are carried out via your installer.
³ A wireless connection requires the optional USB stick.

What does the end of the support period mean?

Your appliance will continue to work as normal. After this date, we will no longer release security updates or address any newly discovered vulnerabilities. If your appliance is connected to the internet, please consult your installer.

How are updates delivered?

Devices with an active internet connection receive updates automatically. For other devices, updates are provided via your installer.

Reporting a vulnerability

Do you think you have found a security issue in an Intergas product? Please report this via the report a vulnerability form.
