Coevorden, 2 October – Intergas has appointed Saskia Leistra as Sales Director Netherlands, effective 1 January 2027. She succeeds Ralf Jansen, who will take on the role of Service Sales Director at Intergas as of the same date.
Experience across the entire value chain
With Saskia’s appointment, Intergas is choosing a leader from within the organisation who brings extensive experience across the entire value chain. After completing her degree in Business Administration, Saskia started her career at Intergas and progressed through various roles to become Supply Chain Manager. In this position, she worked closely with purchasing, production, sales, wholesalers and installers, and played an important role in improving product availability and delivery reliability.
Saskia further broadened her commercial experience as European Market Manager. In this role, she worked with various European markets to drive further commercial development, with a strong focus on sharing knowledge and strengthening collaboration across countries.
Continuity for our European customers
With Saskia taking on responsibility for Sales in the Netherlands, Ronald Mollema will become the main point of contact for our European customers. Ronald is already well known to many of our European partners, having worked closely alongside Saskia in supporting these markets.

Strengthening our commercial organisation
As Sales Director Netherlands, Saskia will become a member of the Commercial Management Team, led by Bas Weteling, Commercial Director. The team also consists of:

- Jan Hein Bunk, Inside Sales Manager
- Aniek van Velzen, Marketing & Communication Manager

Commercial Director Bas Weteling sees Saskia’s combination of operational knowledge, commercial experience and leadership as an important strength.
