One of the key benefits of the Xtend is its compact design. This ensures both you and the homeowner have greater flexibility in deciding where to install the indoor and outdoor units. The indoor unit is one of the smallest on the market and can be fitted anywhere in the home providing it’s within 15m of the boiler. Similarly, the outdoor unit, which is smaller than a stand-alone heat pump, can be sited outside the property, as long as it’s within a maximum distance of 10m from the indoor unit.
Please note: the installation must comply with manufacturer’s instructions and building regulations
On the top of the Hybrid Heatpump Control Unit is a QR code that allows you, as an installer, to easily walk through the Xtend setup process. This way, after installation, the system can be optimally configured in just a few steps. Via the Service Dashboard, you have direct insight into any malfunctions that occur on the device. Based on this, remote diagnoses can be made, and it is even possible to adjust parameters without you having to come to the house specifically for this.
When you install an Intergas combi as part of our hybrid heating system, you’re guaranteed efficiencies others cannot match. With our revolutionary bithermic heat exchanger, all our boilers efficiently condense in both heating and hot water modes. They respond quickly to heat demand while keeping carbon emissions to a minimum. Add to this a robust build, a maximum of four moving parts and no diverter valves in our combis, you have boiler reliability that’s off the scale.
