Intergas Diagnostic Software (IDS) is a program specially developed for installers to easily access IC2 and/or IC3 burner units in Combi Compact HRE and HReco boilers. It enables installers to quickly check the current operating status of the boiler. What’s more, it provides reliable insights into the boiler’s performance for the purposes of analysing and scheduling servicing and maintenance visits.
We developed IDS software to access boilers fitted with an IC3 burner unit – Combi Compact HR(E) boilers (1 January 2013 or later) and all HReco boilers. To access other Combi Compact HR(E) boilers, all you need is a burner unit USB cable.
You can access and download the current operating status of a Combi Compact HR(E) or HReco boiler using our Intergas Diagnostic Software (IDS). This provides reliable insights into the boiler’s performance for the purposes of analysing and scheduling servicing and maintenance.
