Intergas Verwarming B.V. engages the sub-processors listed below for the processing of Customer Data in the Intergas Service Dashboard (Article 28 GDPR).

Changes to this list
Before a new or replacement sub-processor starts processing Customer Data, Intergas updates this list and notifies the installer that has entered into the User Agreement with Intergas. This notice is given at least ten (10) working days in advance, via a notice in the Dashboard and/or by e-mail. Within that period, the installer may object on reasonable privacy or security grounds, stating its reasons. If an objection is made in time, we will work together to find a solution. If no solution is reached, the installer may terminate the User Agreement. See also Annex 1 – Data Processing Agreement to the Intergas Service Dashboard User Agreement.
