Kiwa certified

As of December 23, 2022, Intergas has obtained the Kiwa certificate for BRL K25000. This certifies our company to carry out work on gas combustion installations. Our service technicians had already been certified at an earlier stage. Only these certified service technicians are authorised to perform fieldwork on behalf of Intergas.

High-efficiency boilers

Intergas is a pioneer in the field of boiler technology. For more than fifty years now, the company has been focusing on perfecting its boilers. You can trace its roots back to 1939 when the company was manufacturing very different products than today. At that time, it was known as Machinefabriek van de Wetering and specialised in wooden washtubs and clothes pegs! The company relocated to Coevorden in 1961, shortly after natural gas had been discovered under Groningen. By the mid-1960s, it had started producing its first heating products. By the early 1990s, Intergas had become a leading player in high-efficiency boilers.
