Report a fault

Certified installers are permitted to request assistance from an Intergas service engineer when dealing with faults. You can report faults in one of three ways. Send us an email at or fax your request to +31 (0)524 516868. It’s also possible to call us on +31 (0)524 517655, option 2. Once you’ve reported a fault, we’ll contact your customer by phone to make an appointment.

You can call one of the team on weekdays between 8.15 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. And if it’s outside office hours, just send us an email. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
